Didn’t trap anything. This mat honestly trapped nothing for me. I’m not sure if i’m the only one with this issue, but I wouldn’t buy again i switched to a different one. It was a great size especially for the price. The color was just as pictured, easy to clean and it didn’t feel cheaply made. Just didn’t work out for my situation

Nice cat litter mat. This is a nice light weight litter mat. Catches alot of litter when the cat steps out of the litter box. Just shake it back into the box every now and again. When the cat has a miss happen and poops on it, it’s not to bad to clean unless it gets squished into the little strands. We just take it outside, hose it off and if needed use a long handled dish scrubber brush (that we only use on the mat) and dish washer soap. Pretty easy.
Works Well and Looks Nice – Compares with Another Brand. I ordered the XL Pieviev 30″x 24″ mat.I also ordered the Wepet super-size 45″ x 35″ mat.They both work well with slight differences.This mat is slightly too small. I would love this mat more if it was available in 35 or 36″ X 24″ or even 30″x30″ – just a bit bigger, but it works very well as is. I just have to angle our litter entrance.This mat works well for collecting litter around the box. The litter stays put and does not travel off the mat at all. Most of the litter is caught right outside the exit of the litter box.I really love not having to get litter out of the crevices of my wood floors!Because the mat is just slightly too small for our box, I keep our litter at an angle on the mat to ensure the cats have to walk on the mat for several steps when exiting and it works perfectly.Our box has a lid, so only one choice of exit, but if cats could exit from any angle, I would need a smaller litter to have all sides surrounded by this mat.It does feel very pleasant to walk on – soft, cushy, and almost like foam, but not squishy. My cats use it with no problems.The texture collects litter slightly better than our Wepet mat because the soft texture traps it, but the Wepet is smoother and contents slides off easier during cleaning.This Pieviev collects more dust and fur and is harder to dump contents from since they cling. Its softer flexibility and cushy texture means I have to shake the mat to get it to release the contents – they don’t just slide off the way our Wepet mat does and it results in more dust flying, so I put it completely inside a trash bag when dumping to prevent dust. The smaller size also means if my sons spill litter when changing the litter, it isn’t contained as easily. The texture of the mat does mean litter doesn’t scatter as far, though.The Wepet mat is smoother and more rigid, so dust doesn’t stick/absorb and contents slides off easily when dumping, but they also migrate more, so there is litter throughout the whole mat instead of concentrated at the litter exit. That said, I prefer dumping the Wepet mat because it opens on each end, so litter can be dumped from top or bottom. At first, I thought this would make it easy to spill or difficult to dump the contents without messes – bit it is the opposite! Contents stay put until I dump them and having both ends open makes it so much easier to clean!The Pieviev is a bit harder because contents get stuck in the upper end where it closed like an envelope.Recap:This mat works very well.Comfy to walk on.Looks nice.Catches all the litter from their paws in the first few steps.Slightly too small, but still works well.Collects some dust and fur (not bad though)Requires some shaking to get contents loose when dumping.The rigidity of the Wepet mat makes it easier to dump the contents in the trash, easier to clean, and less dust collects in it because of the smooth texture, but it is not as soft or comfy to walk on and litter migrates across the whole mat, not just a few spots.It’s hard to say which I prefer. For softness to step on and trapping litter in a more concentrated spot right outside the box, I prefer this Pievev and it looks nice aesthetically. For cleaning ease and optional larger mat sizes, I prefer the Wepet.One note – I have only had these a few weeks and I have *not* hosed them down or scrubbed with water/liquid cleaners, so how these each clean or hold up to water remains to be seen.
Works better than expected. After years of sweeping up stray cat litter I finally decided to try this type of litter mat. It actually works great at trapping stray litter. And kitty claws don’t get stuck in its larger holes. Easy to vacuum as needed and it’s nice to be able to pour excess litter back into box. One less problem to deal with. Yippee!
Holds way more than you think. This thing is so good!! It’s squishy, doesn’t move easily, easy to clean, and hold way more than you would think!!I love how it’s nice and mildly squishy so it is comfortable for my cats’ paws. I also love how it doesn’t move easily, especially when my cats get the zoomies and are tackling each other on it!It’s also very easy to clean! You can use a hose and it’s clean. Then, I threw the mat into my dryer on low heat and it worked perfect. I’m sure putting it through the washer on warm would be fine too.When dumping out the litter it held SO. MUCH. It felt like the litter just kept coming for a solid minute sometimes!
Works Well. It works pretty well. I’d say it’s more worth having it than to not have it. Litter still gets tracked around, but it’s more contained now. I think my cat is just messy! I like how easy it is to clean it and dump the excess litter into the trash.
Does its job! Just make sure your cats don’t mark it. Works very well for what its meant to do, but be sure your cats are already spayed/neutered before deploying it. If they like to mark things, they will absolutely pee on this without much hesitation. Fortunately, being rubber, it’s incredibly easy to clean with baking soda or your scent enzyme killing formula of choice.
Perfect. These are so great, I got the largest size as my cats are flingers. They collect really well, no issues at all.
Best Mat I have found. Best litter catching mat that I have found ! It keeps the messiness low and the cleanliness high ! You are able to vacuum this mat which makes it so much easier to use and efficient ! Definitely worth your money. Fits well in the space I have !
Impressive. We have one cat. She tends to get litter all over the outside of the box. This mat works surprisingly well. I am very satisfied. It also makes it very easy to clean by being able to pick it up and dump the contents out. Wish I had discovered this earlier as it have been frustrating trying to constantly clean up after my kitty.

Good texture bad size. I didn’t realize how quite small it was, I wish I got something maybe twice the size of this product especially for messy cats.It does the intended job wonderfully and the textured material of the mat is something that could even work on cleaning shoes.I don’t like how it got folded up and makes it stand kind of funny up, but I’m sure with use it’ll go down.No smell when washing the mat, easy to clean and refresh for all kitty needs.
Works really well. This mat works really well. I use crystal litter for my cat and this mat catches almost all of it, saving me sweeping time. I used to find/feel the crystals all over the floor, no more!

Functional but not claw friendly. The idea of the function of this mat was enticing. Unfortunately, my 2 cats thinks it is a scratching mat. They started with a little tear and it has grown into the bottom mat. I purchased on August 15th and put it down right away. The other side is just as bad. Gave it 3 stars for the functional purpose. Nothing more.
Traps litter, is sturdy, does the job, fits perfectly? Great litter mat. I love this litter mat. I measured and purchased one that fit perfectly in the doorway where my cats’ litter box is where I just newly moved. This mat successfully traps more litter than any mat I have had previously. I have three cats, and sometimes they like to jump out of the litter box. With all their insane behaviors, this mat still catches the litter. Super sturdy as well. Thank you!
