Excellent for medium to larger sized dogs. Rope part of leash nice thickness, clasps are metal, not dainty. I was expecting the leash to be slightly longer but the length is works well. No more tangled walks!
Great Product. This is a very good product. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I have small dogs (9 lb and 11 lb) and the hook for the harness is a bit heavy, but other than that the item is great. I like that you can adjust the length of the extensions, as I want the pups to stay fairly close until they are used to walking, since they are only 8 mo. old. I will probably just replace the hooks with lighter ones. This is a sturdy leash and the bungi option is an added bonus, although I probably won’t need that option with such little dogs. The bunji option is a good idea if you have rally rambunctious dogs. I happen to have a bunji leash for my 80 lln dog and it sure comes in handy, when he decides to pull or lunge. This is a very good product. I hightly recommend it.
Decent, but needs frequent adjusting of individual leashes. I’ve had this for a couple of weeks, and have taken both of my pups out about a dozen times. I have two goldendoodles; one 70 lbs, and the other a 30+ growing puppy.Pros: It looks nice. I like the slight bungee feature in the individual leashes. My pups are good about not pulling (young one still learning), but this does provide comfort for when they aren’t in sync. Good shock absorber. They aren’t getting tangled, the swivel feature is a plus and works. I feel like it is well made, sturdy, I feel confident when walking my pups.Cons: The straps are adjustable, but once set to the desired length, they do not stay put. I purchased an 8″ looped traffic leash attachment to use with this because I want to keep my dogs close to me on our walks. I have repeatedly shortened the length of the leads to the shortest length possible… but neither side will stay. I have to stop several times to shorten them to my desired length during every walk.I’m going to keep it, but will have to sew the leashes to keep them permanently fixed at the length I want. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this bothered me enough to want to share my experience.

Durable, Functional Leash. The media could not be loaded. I bought this a few months ago and wasn’t sure if this leash would actually work to walk my two dogs at the same time. One of my dogs is slightly larger than the other and has a lot more energy and typically walks faster and moves around more. I was certain the leash would get tangled up or just wouldn’t work well with their differences. But I’m coming back months later to leave this review because every time I use it, the leash really impresses me. It allows my pups to switch positions super smoothly and rarely gets tangled.It’s super durable…though several weeks ago my energetic pup chewed through one of the ends (when it was laying in the house, not on a walk), but he was only able to get through the cosmetic fabric layer and the leash itself is still perfectly sound.The handle is easy to grip with a foam like handle, so even if they’re both excited and pulling, I don’t have to worry about it slipping out of my hand. The main part of the leash is like a thick bungee cord and then it splits into two….you can remove the second sections if you happen to only want to walk one dog, but I’ve only ever used it with two.Though I’ve used it for months, it still works like new and seems like it will last quite a while. Super easy to use to attach to the pups…both my dogs walk with harness-type things instead of just collars, so maybe that helps, too, but seems like it would work just as well with collars if your dogs are well trained (mine aren’t trained the best for walks, I give them a lot of freedom to wander as they wish).Leaving a video so you can see it in action. I like the color, too, everything was just as described.
Useful, but only slightly more convenient. The dual hooks help when walking two dogs at once. However, it only reduces the number of things one is holding- it does not simplify the dog walking. Perhaps it takes more time to get used to, but my dog and the one I was dog sitting for a few weeks did not care to be so closely attached. Perhaps if the two dogs are trained to work together or were raised such it would be easier.Great idea, good quality, sturdy fabric and clips. I just think it’s a matter of one’s dogs’ temperaments. Or familiarity with walking so close to another dog.
Good quality, pups enjoy our walks. This leash works well for my dogs, it’s strong and sturdy, it swivels so they don’t get tangled easily, it’s comfortable for the dogs and easy to put on them. It’s a good value, doesn’t weigh very much, the length is good for my small dogs to walk on different sides of the sidewalk without too much pulling and keeps them from getting into the street.
Exactly as advertised. Probably easiest to use with larger/taller dogs, but it works great with my two beagles. They’re into everything and sometimes go over or under each other and can still get a lead under or between their legs, but not tangled. And they wouldn’t get into awkward positions if they weren’t jumping all over each other trying to get to new smells. Strong, sturdy, comfy to hold, easy to use.
Tandem pups. This is high quality, looks great and works perfectly. I struggled with walking my two pups until I purchased this. I just wish the clip was a little larger. I highly recommend this if you have two dogs.
Easy to clip onto dog’s collar. I was dogsitting for my two “granddogs” along with my own dog & had to take them out separately for their business, so this double leash has worked out great, even though one dog walks right by my side while the other walks ahead of us. I was able to manage both of them with this one leash. Seems very sturdy & has some elastic give in it.
Mighty Paw Double Dog Leaah. I absolutely love this sturdy, well-designed dog leash! It is super strong and doesn’t get tangled while walking my dogs. And although this may seem insignificant to many people. the thought that went into the packaging, such as the little card inside the orange envelope, the velcro ties and the training tips showed the rare love and care that went into this awesome product.

I am enjoying not getting “pompsky” tangles. The media could not be loaded. I like the fact that my dogs don’t get so tangled up. They are adjusting to the leash fine. The dogs are a similar size (20 vs 26 lbs.). The smaller dog likes to be in front so we give her the longer leash.Cons: The metal clips might not work well for strong pullers, but they are handling a fairly strong pull by our two dogs. These leashes have to be used with your retractable leash in a fully locked position before you start your walk to avoid dangerous situations. (You cannot reign the dogs in as quickly). There also might be times where you need to raise up the leashes if your dog is doing his business. Lastly, do not let either dog go behind you or you may risk being “tripped “ by the leash from behind as the one dog crosses over and back on the opposite side of you! This is fine until you have the leash fully behind you and the dogs run forward. lolPros: If this pretty leash lasts longer than a year I would buy another! I love not being wrapped around by two, 26 foot long leashes.
