Love it! Brilliant design! Great fun for cats, but. My cat’s claw got tangled in the end that’s unraveled fringe. It scared him because the toy kept spinning. I managed to release him but it would have been easier if the toy had an off selection in the button cycle. It’s a 3 cycle button for different action play/colors but there is no turning it off. It will time out but comes back on by itself, which runs down the charge in 1-2 days. My cats, 5 and 10 yrs old, find this toy really fun to play with or just to watch – I think it’s brilliant!! Just cut the extra fringe to be sure it doesn’t scare your cat by getting caught in a claw. I hope the makers will add an off to the cycle. Really genius cat toy!!Update: Off selection is a long hold – my misunderstanding! My 16 year old cat finds it fun to watch, too. She doesn’t play much anymore, but at least this interests her. I purchased a second one!UPDATE 2: If your cat has long fur, do not leave them unattended. The long fringe will get tangled in the fur, and the toy will not auto shut off. Both Of My 3 Year Old Cats Love It. The media could not be loaded. My cats love this ball, as you can see in the video.Overall it’s a great interactive toy that both of my 3 year old cats play with daily. That said, here are some important things to keep in mind:*The ball is electronic and charges with an included micro USB to USB cable, but you have to supply the charging block (I use a low voltage iPhone charger). As the ball will take ‘naps’ when your cat is not interacting with it, it can work for several hours (starting from a full charge) before it’ll need to be recharged, which takes between a 1/2 to 1 hour or so. It has an on/off button, so if your cats take a break, you can turn it off to conserve the battery life.*It has several different colored lights that encircle the ball and identify what mode it’s in – blue/normal-run, red/spin & jump, yellow/rest, and purple/turning on-off. If there are no moving lights at all, then it’s time to charge it.*If you have a lot of open smooth flooring like tile, wood, vinyl plank etc., Cheerble will work great. If you have any carpeting or rugs, eventually it’ll get stuck. Even a bath mat or fluffy litter mat will trap it. It isn’t self-extricating (although it’ll try), you’ll have to free it manually.*If you have wall-to-wall carpeting…Do Not buy this, it won’t work – it even gets stuck on my short-pile area rug.*I turn the Cheerble off and hide it in a drawer when my cats aren’t playing with it – this way they see it as a special toy and get excited each time I take it out for playtime.*This ball is noisy, ie Loud. You wouldn’t want to leave it turned on at night. It rolls full force into walls and any other objects that may be in its way. When it hits something, it will redirect itself and go in another direction until it’s free again. The up side of the noise is that if you realize that it’s ‘too quiet,’ then you know it’s time to go find where it’s gotten itself stuck and free it to roll again :)*This is a toy for CATS. It’s too big for them to swallow, and even if they manage to pick it up in their mouths, they can’t chomp on it.**This toy would be a choking hazard even for small dogs. They could crush it and swallow the pieces. There are plenty of other, appropriate toys for dogs of all sizes. Please don’t take unnecessary chances, buy one of those for your dog.
Would be prefect if it had a rolling-only mode. The quality of this product is great, and the idea is great. Our cats definitely want to chase it and interact with it, but as soon as it starts aggressively bouncing it freaks them out. We have tried all three modes and don’t see much difference in the bouncing, which is loud on hard floors. It’s great in every other way, it almost never gets stuck anywhere, the material on the outside makes it less noisy than hard plastic toys when it’s rolling but the bouncing is just too crazy unfortunately. I wish they included a roll-only mode. Other than that, it’s durable, the size is good, and battery seems to last quite long and is easy to charge. Please make one with a rolling-only mode!
Better than most. I will say this ball is better than most in terms of size and texture. The first issue is the modes. We could make no distinction, every mode seems to be super high speed with bouncing which tends to scare the cats, especially on hardwood floors. I had better luck on a carpet, but it would still be great if it could JUST roll instead of bouncing. The charge doesn’t last very long and it’s really easy to lose track of. Finally, after a year of little use, it has stopped working. The ball holds a charge and lights up, but nothing else happens and I can’t switch between modes. For the price it’s definitely not worth it, but if you could get it on sale I would say give it a shot!
Important Tip. I’ve purchased three. The toy is fantastic but the first one I thought was a dud UNTIL I accidently left it charging for several days! The toy then worked fantastic so now after I purchase another because I’m giving them to family pets, toddlers, etc……I charge it for three or four days before I give it away. You also need to purchase the plug in because it comes with charging cable only. But the price is very reasonable for such a great toy. My cat at first seemed uninterested but she needs awhile to get interested in anything new. A new fancy donut bed, a fountain water system, a toy. I guess that is how cats are.

Cats don’t care, but great for scaring the family in the middle of the night. Cats were vaguely interested initially, but none actually played with it. They do go to look at it when it starts up randomly. It is rather entertaining when it starts up and starts thumping around in the middle of the night and sounds like somebody’s breaking in, so that’s good for human entertainment at least
Good toy, but cat isn’t super interested. This toy is exactly as described. It stays on all the time so the cat can activate it. This makes the battery die fairly quickly. It also does mean that it bangs around and makes noises all night if you don’t turn it off. It seems like a good toy, but my cat is only mildly interested. She’ll watch it sometimes and tap it to activate, but she definitely prefers other toys. It is small so it gets caught in small spaces sometimes.
Great for non-carpeted floors. Bought this for our cat who seemed bored with our playing and she was equally as bored with this. She just watched it for a few min then left. THEN, we moved to a new apartment with wood floors and decided to try it again and whoa it’s a different story. Really doesn’t impress on carpet… maybe not all carpets? Ours were high pile so idk, but the floors allow it to roll all over the place. Only issue is it tries to roll under the fridge! It’s pretty fun, maybe a little costly but otherwise good. Lasts a long time on one charge.
Keeps Smart Cat Stimulated. My cat is quite smart and we recently moved to a small studio. She was an indoor/outdoor cat before. After about 3 months we started having behavioral issues which was unexpected in a 4 year old cat. After trying a few other toys, this has been a huge help. It draws her attention and keeps her interest with the random movement, noise and color. It’s also wicked fast on my hardwood floors. Still spooks me sometimes when it turns on after a quiet spell and smacks into the wall 😂. But I’ll take the occasional jump scare for a happy cat!Also it’s REALLY easy to clean hair out of the spinny parts. The outside plastic bit with the tail attachment pops off easily and the hair just slips right off. It seems highly durable so far. Haven’t had any trouble with charging or battery life.So far so good!
DOESNT WORK PROPERLY. I was really excited about this product. I ordered two!! The ball just spins in place. It does not move around at all, even when the cat taps it. There is no way to change the functions as shown. Don’t waste your money on this. I wish I could return it but I am out of the country
Awesome Toy. This is one of the best toys I’ve ever purchased for my two little Maltipoos. It’s about two inches around, has a little USB charger so no batteries, keeps a really long charge, they can pick it up and move it (if they can catch it), and it’s entertaining. It’s exactly as described by seller, it’s safe, and it keeps my two little pups entertained for long periods. It will shut itself off after a few minutes if they walk away, then start up again when they come back to it. Whoever designed this little toy ball deserves much credit. I think this toy would be entertaining for both cats and dogs and maybe even toddlers. Honestly, it’s safe and really holds their attention. Loving it, may buy another just to keep for the future!
Great toy; fair price. At first my cat and kitten were afraid of this toy but now they love it. I like that if they don’t play with it for a bit it will shut down and then reactive itself after a period of time. Also rechargeable so no batteries.
Great toy until it wasn’t. I was able to charge it when I got it. Don’t get a charging cable with my package though and didn’t realize it was supposed to come with one but found spare around my house that workedMy cats really loved it. Probably THE BEST of all the mobile toys I’ve bought the kitties. This thing is awesome and indestructible!! It’s very aggressive and intelligent. It’ll shoot fast towards the kitties and then stop just in front of them w/o hitting them. They get skills by trying to catch it by the string that’s attached to the external plastic holder. My kitties kinda get bored w some of the other moving toys but this one they’ll even stop eating just to watch it shoot around everywhere. Once it’s charged, it’ll go all day! The charge is amazing on it. Be careful though. It’ll wake you and the kitties up in the middle of the night if you don’t shut it off. It makes crazy sounds in the middle of the night and can scare the bejesus out of you if you’re not careful

Kitten loves it. Three cats, ages 2, 1 and 10 months. The youngest is the one who actively plays with this toy. The other 2 are curious and watch, at this point. Excellent purchase. Although the ball is a bit small it is substantial. Will probably buy one or two more.
Great toy. This toy is pretty amazing. It does many different types of movement – rolls, wiggles, chirps. It also seems to be able to work itself out of any jam. My cat loves it – maybe too much. She wears herself out playing with it. Good battery life also. You do need to heed the instructions and clean the roller mechanisms occasionally. They pick up any stray dust or hair. Overall, my kitten’s favorite toy.
Fun toy for playful cats. My cats loved this toy, unfortunately they lost is already. It was very entertaining for my cats. It spins in man directions, and goes 2 different speeds. Sometimes it travels fast and other times it goes slow, which seems to catch the cats eyes. It is not noisy, you can’t even tell it’s on and rolling around. I was very happy with this purchase.
Excellent toy! Cats are captivated and have a ball. Comes with a bell, but it seems it has a little trouble rolling when that’s installed. The rolling mode is fine on hard floors, the jumping mode is too obnoxious. It does a pretty good job of getting itself out of spots I thought it would get stuck in. Highly recommend.
