I have tried over the counter conventional products in the past that are less expensive. I was not able to notice the difference in the benefits. Product seemed to be a little less effective that the conventional ones.

These oils and scents have been known to help the immune system, which sure helps to know but you just have to trust it. Placebo can be a wonderful thing as well in aiding in its effectiveness, honestly belive it helps and it will. Not to say it is useless otherwise of course.
The scent itself is there not to powerful like a boom boom that’ll clear you out but strong enough and it lasts, have had it for over a month and it’s still going strong.
Overall it’s not bad to keep around in the pocket when in crowded spaces for peace of mind or just to block unwanted scents. You will look a bit odd just sticking something up your nose, prepare for some odd looks and questions.
